People from Hong Kong and Mancau are free from any type of Tibet Permit (like Tibet Travel Permit, Aliens' Travel Permit to Border Area and Millitary Permit), they can use their Hong ID or Mancau ID Plus thier own Hui-Xiang-Zheng;

People from China Taiwan are required to have another Permit issued by Tibet Taiwan Affairs Bureau of China;

To apply your permit to Tibet, we need you to send us either by fax or Email your personal datas
1. Your Full name (to be the same as the marked one on your personal passport)
2. Your Faxed/Scanned passport copy
3. Your China visa after you have it applied and take it from China Embancy or China Consulate
4. Confirm your Nation
5. Confirm your Gender

- If you travel to Tibet from INLAND China, either by air or by land, for instance, travel to Lhasa from Beijing, Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Zhongdian, Xining or Shanghai, you are required to have a valid, pre-applied China visa and a special Tibet permit. For China visa, you apply in your place in China Embancy or China Consulate; we, your travel agent, be responsible to apply your Tibet permit.
- The permit is used to purchase your air ticket or bus ticket or train ticket to Lhasa; without the applied permit, you CAN NOT buy the needed ticket to Tibet, we call this permit "Tibet Travel Permit"; whichh is to be issued by Tibet Tourism Bureau (T.T.B.)
- To have the permit to Tibet, you must contact a travel agency in Chengdu or Xi'an and fax/Email them your personal datas as required; after your confirmation on your trip, they will start to process it.
- The permit will be checked while you are checking into a hotel inside Tibet A.R. and when you drive through a check-point on the travel way.
- Where you will visit inside Tibet and, when you enter Tibet and when you will leave Tibet will be clearly marked on the paper, you should follow the itinerary.
- When you are inside Lhasa, you are free to do your planned sightseeing, BUT you are required to apply another permit to go and make tour to Gyangtse, Shigatse, Mt. Everest, China/Nepal land border and Tsetang (Also named Shan-Nan area, which is 200 kilometers to the east of Lhasa city), this is the 2nd permit, we call it "Aliens' Travel Permit to Board area", which is issued by Tibet Border Defence Armed Forces of China
- The 3rd permit is Millitary Permit, which is issued by Millitary Commanding Office. When you decide or plan to travel to Chamdo, 1100KM east of Lhasa, Lintse are, 400 kilometers to the east of Lhasa and Nahri (Ali area, 1650 kilometers to the west of Lhasa), the millitary permit must be applied through your travel agent, without this millitary permit, you CAN NOT go to Chamdo, Lintse or Ali EVEN YOU have had the "Tibet Travel Permit" and the "Aliens' Travel Permit to Board Area"
- If you enter Tibet from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal Kingdom, your applied China visa won't be valid; this means if you decide to travel to Tibet either by air or land, you DO NOT have to apply your Chian visa and just go there and wait for our response. before your arrival in Kathmandu, we will apply you a Special Permi and you will get a special visa when you are in Kathmandut; But you are required to be in Kathmandu 3 WORK DAYS before the tour starts. This issued specail visat will be valid ONLY for 15 days, during the valid period of the visa, you can extend your trip to INLAND China from Tibet A.R., such as to Chengdu, Xi'an, Beijing. you will have to leave/Exit China before this visa expires.
- This special visa will be issued by Chinese Embassy in Kathmanduof Nepal after the Related Office in Kathmandu get our applied permit

This permit applied for you to enter Tibet from Kathmandu direction can not be extended when it hits its deadline
- Any illegal entry into Tibet without the applied permits, the tourists, trekkers, cyclists and mountainerers are to face penalty by regulations and laws
- If you are lucky enough and never get caught during your time in Tibet, it only means your are lucky
- We never encourage any action or behavior like this.
- Any person who is not from China local travel agency but sells you the "permit" will be responsible and you will also be responsible for your behavoir of buying the so called "permit" from their hand
- If you do believe that you can take plane or take local bus to enter Tibet, you can try to buy the air ticket at any Air China Ticketing Office or bus ticket at Golmud or Chengdu Long Distance Bus Terminal
