- Your Scanned or Faxed passport copies (only scan or fax the page which has your passport photo and your personal data)
- Your Scanned or Faxed China visa (if China visa is not issued, you can first send other information)
- Confirm your nation
- Confirm your gender
- Confirm your birthdate
- Confirm your profession (work)
- Confirm your passport number
We need your this information to apply your Tibet tour entry permits, Aliens' Travel permits and Military permits (if needed).
