Payment
- Any reservaion on a tour is required to pay a sum of money as deposit; the required deposit is 35% of the total tour charge.
- In present days, we receive the paid deposit through bank wiring service; you can pay the required deposit through your local bank service and wire it to the directed bank account.
- While doing the payment through your local bank, please fill the wiring blank sheet careful, such as the receiver's name spelling, the directed bank account, the bank SWIFT code and the bank address. Bank of China is very serious to those information; if the information is wrong, the wired deposit will fail to reach the directed bank account.
- Please keep the receipt which verifies the successful transfer; when the wired money hits the directed bank account, the reservation is confirmed no change on our side.
- Inform our end in your convenient time after the wiring either by email or by fax.
- You can also select and pay the required deposit through Western Union Service, which is a global online bank service.
- If you select to pay through Western Union, such information as 1): Receiver's Name, 2): Receiver's city and 3) Receiver's Nation are required by Western Union; the data is as the same as those listed in the bank account. If your transfer is successful, you will be given a 10 digital pick-up code, then please send us the 10 digital pick up code.
- When the wired deposit hits the directed bank account, we will inform you timely.
- The charge by your bank as their service fee to wire the deposit is on your own.
- The transferred portion is one portion of the tour cost; upon your arrival in certain city inside China, the balance is to be cleared.
- You will get a reciept which verifies the payment of the balance after you clears the balance.
- The tour and the stated service will be carried out on basis of the agreed travel itinerary.
- When the tour starts, all reservation, such as hotel reservation, land transfer vehicle, air tickets, ship tickets and tour guide service can not be replaced when you are at that tour site. Because the reservation will be done several days or weeks before your arrival.
Tour Service
- On air transfer, the air tickets (economy class basis) will be purchased several days or weeks before your arrival; the purchased air tickets will be on price basis which enables flight time changeable.
- We can purchase air tickets with lowest discount upon your request; generally, the discount rate to this type of air tickets is over 40%; this type of air tickets are not flight time changeable, money refundable and replaceable. This is up to the polices of the related airlines.
- On land transfer, we will inform you what type of vehicle is to be used and what conditions the vehicle will be; the hired vehicle cannot be replaced and returned 6 days before your arrival, especially in China tour peak seasons and National or regional holidays celebrating period.
- On accommodation, we will inform you what grade hotel we will use for this tour; in some places, especially in China west highland area, such as in West Sichuan, Qinghai province, Tibet, local hostel or simple guesthouse will be used because of local conditions. In guesthouses or hostel, private toilet, hot water shower and nice foods are impossible.------by tradition, a twin beds hotel room with private toilet will be served when we use hotel grade at/above 2 stars.
- On meals, we will specify what types of meals will be served and where the meals will be served, generally speaking, meals in small towns and or places far away from big towns or cities will be poor; for details of meals service, please read the agreed travel arrangement.
- On scenic sightseeing, except for photo taking group, all the scenic charge will be included in the tour quotation.
- On guide service, we will supply you an English speaking guide. Special request on guide service is up to your request and China local situation; in most tourism places, Russian speaking, Spanish speaking guide and Portuguese speaking guide are not available.
Reponsibility on our side
- Upon receiving your deposit, we will apply your travel permit to Tibet and purchase you the air ticket(s) with the applied permit.
- We guarantee you will fly to Tibet on the agreed date unless you postpone your travel date with early informing.
- Please give us enough time to apply your permit, generally, the scuccess of application requres at least 6 work days beyond weekends and national holidays, like in May Day Holidays and Oct. National Holidays.
- If your preferred tour date spans May Day Holidays (May1st), Tibet Shoton festival (Sept. 3rd) and Oct. National Holidays(Oct. 1st), please give us at least 15 to 10 days.
- While in Chegndu downtownarea, we will deliver you the permit and purchased air ticket(s) without extra charge between 0830AM and 1830PM; after 1830PM, any delivery is subject to RMB20.00 (equal to USD2.50) for transfer charge and the service.
- If your hotel at airport, we will deliver you the permit and air ticket with extra charge ranging from Chinese money RMB60.00 to RMB240.00 for one-time delivery (not per person basis; but if you are single, this will be the charge)
- If we promise you, but failed to fulfil it, we guarantee to pay you USD50.00 plus accommodation in 3* hotel charge in Chengdu before the next flight available to Lhasa; the delayed time won't be over 3 days.
- For some reason, you decide to postpone your agreed tour to Tibet, we will be responsible to change your flight date (to Tibet); for this service, you need to inform us at least 18 hours before the flight departure time.
- Upon getting your request of change, we will contact Air China to check if there are seats available in planes on the date you prefer to resume the tour; if there isn't, you will have to postpone to a later date when the seat becomes available.
- If you cancel the trip, we will cancel the purchased tickets on behalf of you, the penalty on cancelling is subject to the regulations and terms of each Airlines; other loss related to this cancellation will be paid by you.
- If you miss your flight for some reason, we will be assisting to help you return the air ticket without any refunding from our side.
Travel Agent Free from Responsibilities
- Travel agent won't be responsible for any flight delay, flight cancellation, train delay and bus delay; any refundment is subject to the regulations and terms of Airlines, Bus Service and Railway Service.
- Travel agent won't be responsible for the financial loss caused by flight delay, flight cancellation, bus delay and train transportation delay.
- In Spring and Summer time, there are many foggy days, these usually cause delays on air transfer and land transfer; for securing your connecting tour, please spare at least two days for your China travel period when you are making travel plan.
- The charged service fee on hotel reservation, cruising ships ticket and rented land transfers won't be refundable because of these delays caused by the reasons and elements beyond the control and influence of travel agent.
- Because of the consequence of delays, such as on flight, we can change your next connecting flight time; all charges will be by the regulations of Airlines. (Full charge air tickets enjoy unlimited change on flight time if the seats on next preferred flight are available; discounted air tickets, if discount rate is no more than 35%, can be changed one time, free of charge, its second change will be charged)
- Any expenses of personal nature, such as on hotel upgrading, meals upgrading, souvenir shopping, will be on thier own of our clients
Notes
- Our clients will be responsible to apply their own China visa and their China visa must be valid through the time of the travel;

- Please inform us if you have special requests for this tour, suh as flight, hotel room, meals......
- Individuals with such personal status as diplomat, journalist and reports are not allowed to travel to Tibet through the service of any local travel agency; the tour which they prefer must be under the management of China Foreign Affairs Department.
- The final confirmation of the tour will become valid upon the success of transfer into the directed bank account.
- After the final confirmation, we will be responsible for any fluctuation on airfare related to your tour, the land transfer, yangtse cruising ship fare, hotel charge, scenic visit admission and other fluctuated fees.
- If you enter Tibet from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal Kingdom, your applied China visa won't be of help; this means if you decide to travel to Tibet either by air or land, your China visa will become invalid, before your arrival in Kathmandu, we will apply you a Special Permit; But you are required to be in Kathmandu 3 WORK DAYS before the tour starts. This applied Permit will be valid for 15 days, during the valid period of the permit, you can extend your trip to INLAND China, such as to Chengdu, Xi'an, Beijing.
- If you travel to Tibet from INLAND China, either by air or by land, such as from Beijing, Xi'an or Chengdu, you are required to have a valid, pre-applied China visa and a special Tibet permit. For China visa, you apply in your place in China Embancy or China Consulate; we, your travel agent, be responsible to apply your Tibet permit.
- The permit is used to purchase your air ticket or bus ticket or train ticket to Lhasa; without the applied permit, you CAN NOT buy the needed ticket to Tibet, we call this permit "Tibet Travel Permit"; which is to be issued by Tibet Tourism Bureau (T.T.B.)
- To have the permit to Tibet, you must contact a travel agency in Chengdu or other city (Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an)and fax/Email them your personal datas as required; after your confirmation on your trip, they will start to process it.
- The permit will be checked while you are checking into a hotel inside Tibet A.R. and when you drive through a check-point on the travel way.
- Where you will visit inside Tibet, when you enter Tibet and when you will leave Tibet will be clearly marked on the paper, you should follow the itinerary.
- When you are inside Lhasa, you are free to do your planned sightseeing, BUT you are required to apply another permit to make tour to Gyangtse, Shigatse, Mt. Everest, China/Nepal land border and Tsetang (Also named Shan-Nan area, which is 200 kilometers to the east of Lhasa city), this is the 2nd permit, we call it "Aliens' Travel Permit to Board area", which is issued by Tibet Border Defence Armed Forces of China.
- The 3rd permit is Millitary Permit, which is issued by Millitary Commanding Office. When you decide or plan to travel to Chamdo, 1100KM east of Lhasa and Nahri (Ali area, 1650 kilometers to the west of Lhasa), the millitary permit must be applied through your travel agent, without this millitary permit, you CAN NOT go to Chamdo or Ali EVEN YOU have had the "Tibet Permit" and the "Aliens' Travel Permit to Board Area".
