Aba Tibetan - Qiang people prefecture

Aba Tibetan -Qiang people prefecture (Aba zangzu - qiangzu zizhizhou) is one of 2 prefectures, in which tibetans are in majority; the other one is Ganzi tibetan prefecture.

This prefecture is in the north of Sichuan province; the 'Yellow River' flows by its northern range.

While touring there, you get chance to see many monastic complex of tibetan buddhism, wild grassland, towering mountain, turbulent rivers; the famous visits such as 'jiuzhaigou nature' and 'huanglong nature' are there.

The most well known tibetan buddhism temples are Langmusi, langyisi, saigesi, kirthi monastery, sengge monastery, dacifalunsi, and suokezangsi.
